BrandActiv is presently looking for a Commercial Traveller to grow sales revenue for all the company’s products/brands by developing business with existing customers, capturing new business opportunities with new customers, while providing excellent customer service within a defined territory in the Traditional Trade sector.
Main duties but not limited to:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
- Follow and keep contact with clients through regular visit and/or phone call as and when required and as per weekly routing;
- Supervise the loading and unloading of vehicle with the right type and quantity of products;
- Ensure proper money collection as per agreed terms with customers and proper accurate deposit at cash counter of the company;
- Ensure that the service level provided is up to expectations and standards set
Qualifications & Experience
- At least a Higher School Certificate
- A Certificate/Diploma in sales and marketing or any other equivalent will be an advantage.
- A minimum of 4 years proven experience in the sales driven environment particularly in FMCG sector as a sales merchandiser or salesman.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and cooperative with strong service orientation
- Attention to detail, honest and trustworthy
- Creative and innovative with a good negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work on odd hours
- Holder of a Food Handler certificate and a valid goods vehicle driving license
