Reporting to the Human Capital Manager, you will be mainly required to:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication;
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires;
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases;
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs;
- Provide support in performance management processes and probation evaluations;
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Contribute to ad hoc HR projects and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- A recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior internships in HR, recruitment, or administrative tasks are advantageous.
OTHER PREREQUISITES
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
