Sales Coordinator

BrandActiv is presently looking for a sales coordinator who will bring his/her expertise in the daily operations of the channel activities in the achievement of sales targets.

The job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Main duties but not limited to:

Conduct and present price surveys in collaboration with sales staff;
Keep updated on market evolution;
Actively participate in sales meeting and do the follow of all points discussed in the meeting;
Prepare sales analysis report as and when required;
Follow up of all marketing invoices and ensure timely processing of same for prompt payment by accounts dept;
Ensure that important indicators are highlighted to Managers such as cumulative sales, monthly comparison on yearly basis;
Perform field visit alongside sales team as and when required.

Qualifications & Experiences

Diploma/Degree in Sales/Marketing or any other equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a sales-driven environment

Other Requisites

Good communication skills
Customer focused
Ability to work on long and odd hours
Good report writing skills
Computer literate and at ease with Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
