BrandActiv is actually looking for a dynamic and conversant Telesales Representative to support its route-to-market segment and build continuous business through excellent customer relations.
Main Duties but not limited to
- Initiating sales over the phone with potential and/or existing customers
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner within the appropriate and agreed cut-off time for respective Business Unit.
- Enter and update customer information in the database by complying with data integrity and security policies.
- Handle complaints to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Ensure that the service level provided is up to expectations and standards set.
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher School Certificate holder
- At least 2 years proven experience in a sales-driven environment as telesales agent.
- Dynamic and motivated individual with a positive can-do attitude
- Autonomous and result-driven
- Excellent communication skills and typing skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office package
- Creative and innovative with a good negotiation and persuasive skills.
